For conversion problems, telling us the source and destination formats and the error message you saw helps a lot. Please don't email us your files — we can almost always reproduce issues without them, and we'd rather not hold your data at all.
Privacy questions
Our privacy policy explains file handling in full — files are converted in memory and never stored. If anything there is unclear, email us and we'll clarify it (and improve the page).
