Terms of Service

The service

Filembly converts files between supported formats, free of charge, without accounts. Files up to 4 MB are supported. The list of supported conversions is published on the Supported Formats page; anything not listed is not supported.

Acceptable use

• Only upload files you have the right to use and convert.
• Don't upload malware or attempt to exploit the service.
• Don't use automated tools to flood the service with requests — rate limits are enforced.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Your files remain yours

You retain all rights to the files you convert. We claim no ownership or license over your content, and as described in the privacy policy, we never store it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", free of charge. Conversions are performed on a best-effort basis and fidelity limitations are documented on each converter page. Always keep your original files — Filembly is a converter, not a backup service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filembly is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss resulting from conversion output. The service may be modified, interrupted or discontinued at any time.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above is updated. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
